We know that asking for help is one of the hardest steps a survivor can take. Whether you're frightened, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you don't have to navigate this alone.
Every survivor's situation is unique, and we're here to listen without judgment.
When you contact Willow Haven, we'll begin by learning about your situation through an intake and safety assessment. This conversation helps us understand your immediate concerns, identify any urgent safety risks, and determine how we may be able to help.
Because every situation is different, we cannot determine what services may be available until this assessment is complete.
Our intake process is designed to help us understand your needs and connect you with the most appropriate resources.
During intake, we may discuss:

The services listed throughout our website are examples of ways Willow Haven has helped survivors in the past.

Not every survivor will need—or qualify for—the same services, and we cannot guarantee specific assistance before completing intake.
If you are in immediate danger or need emergency shelter right away, we may refer you to one of our community partners that specializes in emergency crisis response.
This referral is not a denial of services. It simply means another organization is better equipped to meet your immediate emergency needs while we continue evaluating how Willow Haven may be able to help with longer-term safety and stability.
When you contact Willow Haven, you can expect us to:
To help us serve you as effectively as possible, we ask that you:
Our team is committed to helping every survivor who reaches out. Completing the intake process gives us the information we need to determine the best way to support you.
Whether Willow Haven is the right fit for your situation or another organization is better equipped to meet your immediate needs, our goal is the same: helping you move toward safety, stability, and healing.
